This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2021 and, subject to paragraph (2), comes into force on 19th August 2021.

Articles 8 and 12(b) come into force on 6th September 2021.

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
