These Regulations amend the Space Industry Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/817) (“the Commencement No. 2 Regulations”) which bring into force specified provisions of the Space Industry Act 2018 (c. 5) (“the Act”). These are set out in the Note as to Earlier Commencement Regulations set out below.

Regulation 2(2) amends paragraphs 3(b), 4(b) and 7(b) of the Schedule to the Commencement No. 2 Regulations so as to omit redundant wording from those Regulations.

Regulation 2(3) omits the reference to “and (3)” in paragraph 107 of the Schedule to the Commencement No. 2 Regulations and regulation 2(4) omits the reference to “9,” in paragraph 117 of the Schedule to those Regulations.
