Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113(1)(d) and 182(2) and (3) of the Pension Schemes Act 19931 and sections 60(2)(h), 247(4)(c), 248(5)(c), 315(2) and (5) and 318(1) of the Pensions Act 20042, makes the following Regulations.
This instrument contains only regulations consequential upon section 124 of the Pension Schemes Act 20213 and the Occupational Pension Schemes (Climate Change Governance and Reporting) Regulations 20214 and comes into force within 6 months of the coming into force of those enactments5.
