The Occupational Pension Schemes (Climate Change Governance and Reporting) Regulations 2021

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41A(1), (2), (3)(a), (b), (d) and (e), (4), (5) and (6), 41B(1) and (2), 41C(1), (2) and (3), 124(1) and 174(2) and (3) of the Pensions Act 19951, makes the following Regulations.

These Regulations are made before the end of the period of six months beginning with the coming into force of the provisions of Part 1 of the Pensions Act 1995 by virtue of which these Regulations are made2.
