The Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 32(7), (8), 34(5), 35(2), (3), (4), 45(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 1(7) and (8) and 3(1), (5) and (6) of Schedule 1 to, the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 20181, make these Regulations.
