Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(2) of, and paragraph 16(1) of Schedule 3 to, the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Act 20201, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 31(3) of that Act, a draft of the instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
