Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of powers conferred by sections 22(2) and 42(1) to (3) of, and paragraph 4(1), (3)(a) and (4) of Schedule 1 to, the Welfare Reform Act 20121.
The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it2.
