The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 5(1) of the Trade Act 20211.

In accordance with paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
