Amendment of regulation 72 (non-dependent deductions)

4.  In regulation 72—

(a) in paragraph (6)(b), after head (ii), omit the “or” and insert—

“(iia) the care component of child disability payment, or”;

(b) in paragraph (9)(a), after “disability living allowance” insert “, child disability payment”.
