Amendment of Schedule 2A to the State Pension Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

11.—(1) Schedule 2A to the State Pension Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) (additional amount applicable for claimants responsible for a child or qualifying young person) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 9 (amount of additional payment)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2), after “disability living allowance”, insert “, child disability payment (within the meaning given in regulation 2 of the Disability Assistance for Children and Young People (Scotland) Regulations 2021)”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (3), after head (a), insert—

“(aa) entitled to the care component of child disability payment at the highest rate in accordance with regulation 11(5) of the Disability Assistance for Children and Young People (Scotland) Regulations 2021; or”.
