Amendment of Schedule 2A to the State Pension Credit Regulations 200210.
(1)
Schedule 2A to the State Pension Credit Regulations 200211 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 9 (amount of additional payment)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (2), after “disability living allowance”, insert “, child disability payment (within the meaning given in regulation 2 of the Disability Assistance for Children and Young People (Scotland) Regulations 202112)”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (3), after paragraph (a), insert—
“(aa)
entitled to the care component of child disability payment at the highest rate in accordance with regulation 11(5) of the Disability Assistance for Children and Young People (Scotland) Regulations 2021; or”.
