1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Act 2021 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2021.
(2) This Order comes into force on the same day as section 19 (Environmental Standards Scotland) of the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Act 2021(1) comes into force for any purpose.
