Amendment of regulation 32 (producers of biomethane)

13.  In regulation 32 (producers of biomethane), in paragraph (10)—

(a) after “regulations” insert “3A,”;

(b) in subparagraph (e), for “such” substitute “the tariff end date and such other”.
