In article 41—
(a)
in paragraph (1)—
(i)
omit sub-paragraph (d) and the word “and” immediately preceding it;
(ii)
for the words after sub-paragraph (d) substitute “and which is flying for the purpose of commercial air transport, must carry at least two pilots as members of the flight crew.”;
(b)
at the end insert—
“(3)
An aircraft registered in the Territory must not be flown for the purpose of commercial air transport operations by a pilot-in-command of that aircraft who is 60 years of age or above unless the aircraft is fitted with dual controls and carries two pilots as members of the flight crew, both of whom are below 65 years of age.”.
