For article 21 substitute—

“21.

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2) the period prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 7(7)(c) of Schedule 1 to the 1990 Act (local planning authorities: distribution of functions) is 21 days.

(2)

In the case of an application for public service infrastructure development, in paragraph (1), “21 days” is to be read as if it were a reference to “18 days”.”.
