In article 40, in paragraph (4) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

a copy (which may be photographic or in electronic form) of—

(i)

the application;

(ii)

the plans and drawings submitted in relation to the application;

(iii)

any accompanying design and access statement provided in accordance with article 9; and

(iv)

any accompanying fire statement provided in accordance with article 9A;”.
