Citation, interpretation and extent1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Finances Act 2017 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2021.
(2)
In these Regulations—
“POCA” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 20022;
“the Act” means the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
(3)
These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
