The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(1) and (7) of the Criminal Finances Act 2017(1).

The Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers and the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland in accordance with section 58(12) and (13) of that Act.
