2. In regulation 3(5)(a) of the Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020(1), for “Local Government Finance Act 1992(2)” substitute “Local Government Finance Act 1988(3)”.
