The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2), (4), (5) and (6), 5(1) and (2), 6(3) and (4) and 12(4)(a) of the Civil Liability Act 2018(1), having consulted in accordance with sections 3(11) and 5(5) of that Act.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament in accordance with sections 3(12), 5(6) and 6(5) of the Civil Liability Act 2018, and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
