These Regulations amend Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 (“EUR 2019/2072”) establishing uniform conditions for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and the Council, as regards protective measures against pests of plants.

Regulation 2 amends EUR 2019/2072 to include additional measures to prevent the establishment or spread of certain pests in Great Britain, Agrilus bilineatus Weber and Neocerambyx raddei Blessig.

Regulation 3 amends EUR 2019/2072 to provide for the permitted import of Chamaecyparis Spach., Juniperus L., or Pinus L., from the Republic of Korea into Great Britain, subject to certain conditions.
