2. In this Order—
the “2005 Order” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Requests and Orders) Order 2005(1);
the “2013 Order” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Investigations) Order 2013(2);
the “2014 Order” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Investigations) Order 2014(3).
