Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 113(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 20061, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January 2022.

Appointment to the Office of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills2.

Amanda Mary Victoria Spielman is appointed to the office of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills for a period of 2 years from 1st January 2022.

Revocation3.

The Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills Order 20162 is revoked.
