2. In regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1), in the definition of “Tariff of the United Kingdom”, for “1.0, dated 8th December 2020” substitute “1.1, dated 19th January 2021(2)”.
