The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19A and section 39(8) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986(1).

1986 c. 5. Section 19A was inserted by paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 to the Agriculture Act 2020 (c. 21), section 39(8) was substituted by paragraph 17 of that Schedule.
