The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(2), (4)(c) and (d) and (5A) of the Employment Relations Act 19991, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 42(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
