Application of temporary provision in the 2020 Act to limited liability partnerships: Northern Ireland7

Schedule 8 to the 2020 Act (moratoriums in Northern Ireland: temporary provision) applies to limited liability partnerships registered in Northern Ireland, except where the context otherwise requires, with the following modifications—

a

references to a company include references to a limited liability partnership;

b

references to a director of a company include references to a designated member of a limited liability partnership;

c

such further modifications as the context requires for the purpose of giving effect to that Schedule as applied by these Regulations.
