Amendment of Schedule 3 to the 2001 Regulations3

Schedule 3 to the 2001 Regulations (modifications to the 1986 Act) is amended in accordance with Schedule 1 to these Regulations.

Nothing in these Regulations affects the operation of the 1986 Act, or any other enactment, in relation to a moratorium under Schedule A1 to that Act which comes into force before the repeal of that Schedule by Schedule 3 to the 2020 Act.
