The Church Commissioners, in exercise of the power under section 65 of the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011(1) and in accordance with section 9(3A) of the Church Commissioners Measure 1947(2) and section 11(6) and (7) of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2018(3), make the following Order:
