2.—(1) Schedule 9 (animals and plants to which section 14 applies)(1) to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 is varied as follows.
(2) In Part 1 (non-native animals which are established in the wild), after the entry for “Zander” insert—
“With respect to any area in England which on 31st May 2021— | |
(i) Partridge, Red-legged (ii) Pheasant, Common | (i) Alectoris rufa (ii) Phasianus colchicus”. |
