Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (TEC Partnership) Order 2020
2.—(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (TEC Partnership) Order 2020 is varied in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) For paragraph 2, substitute—
“2. TEC Partnership shall be competent to grant foundation degree only awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) and defined under section 42(3) of the said Act for a fixed term beginning on 1st August 2020 and expiring on 31st October 2024.”
(3) After paragraph 2, insert the following entry—
“3. TEC Partnership shall be competent to grant up to and including bachelor’s degree awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(c) of the said Act for a fixed term beginning on 1st August 2021 and expiring on 31st October 2024.”
