Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014
2.—(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014 is varied in accordance with paragraphs (2), (3) and (4).
(2) For paragraph 2, substitute—
“2. Warwickshire College shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2A of section 76 of the said Act.”
(3) Omit paragraphs 3 and 4.
(4) After paragraph 2, insert the following entry—
“3. Warwickshire College shall be competent to grant up to and including bachelor’s degree awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(c) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 for a fixed-term beginning on 1st September 2021 and expiring on 31st December 2024.”
