The Education (National Curriculum) (Key Stage 2 Assessment Arrangements) (England) Order 20033 is amended as follows.

In article 1(4) after “2019-20” insert “or 2020-21”.

In article 1(5) for “the 2019-20 school year is” substitute “the 2019-20 and 2020-21 school years are”.
