Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Overseas Territories) Order 2021 and it comes into force on 26th May 2021.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
Extension of provisions of the Act to Anguilla and to Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands2.
The provisions of the Act specified in the first column of the table in the Schedule extend to Anguilla and to Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands with the modifications specified in the second column of that table.

In Schedule 2 (territories to which the Order extends sections 61 and 75 of the Act), omit the entry for Anguilla and the entry for Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands.
