The Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Overseas Territories) Order 20012 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 2 (territories to which the Order extends sections 61 and 75 of the Act), omit the entry for Anguilla and the entry for Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands.
