Amendments to article 2 (Interpretation)3.
Article 2(1) is amended as follows—
(a)
in the definition of “jacket foundation” omit the words “, and “discrete jacket foundation types” includes pre-piled or post-piled jackets, three-legged or four legged jackets, or straight or battered leg jackets”; and
(b)
omit the definition of “radar line of sight coverage plan”.
