In regulation 35 of the Trade in Animals and Related Products Regulations 20117—
(a)
in paragraph (1)—
(i)
after “the appropriate enforcement authority”, insert “or the Secretary of State”;
(ii)
after “that enforcement authority”, insert “or the Secretary of State”;
(b)
in paragraph (3) —
(i)
after “the appropriate enforcement authority”, insert “or the Secretary of State”;
(ii)
after “that enforcement authority”, insert “or the Secretary of State, as appropriate”;
(c)
in paragraphs (4) to (6), after “enforcement authority”, in each place where it occurs, insert “or the Secretary of State”.
