33. Subject to paragraph 9B of Schedule 2 to the Act of 1964(1) (functions which cannot be delegated under a power conferred by a harbour revision order), the Council may delegate the performance of any of its functions to be carried out by any such Company as is referred to in article 32(1)(b).
