Amendment to article 86 (functions of the Authority)4.

Article 86 is amended as follows.

After paragraph (1)(d), insert—
“(da)
calculating and publishing the mutualisation threshold (referred to in article 72(4)) for each obligation period—
(i)
in the case of the obligation period beginning on 1st April 2021, as soon as reasonably practicable after the date on which the Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order 2021 comes into force;
(ii)
in the case of any subsequent obligation period, before the start of that obligation period;”.
