The Registrar General makes the following Regulations with the approval of the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21A(2), 27(1), 31(2) and (5), 53D(6) and (8), 53E(8) and (10) and 74(1), (1A) and (3) of the Marriage Act 19491.
