Any general direction, special direction, byelaw, regulation, licence, lease, consent or other agreement made, issued, entered into or granted by the Port Authority in relation to the port undertaking and in force immediately on or before the date on which this Order comes into force shall, notwithstanding the amendments set out in article 12, continue to have effect.
