Amendment to the Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 20073.

The Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 20076 is amended as follows

In Part 1 of the Schedule, after the “Financial Conduct Authority”, insert—
  • “The Financial Reporting Council Limited, other than regulatory functions which are functions it had delegated under regulation 3 of the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 20167 as at 6th April 2021”.
