In the preamble to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2020, in sub-paragraph (b)—
(a)
in the first column, headed “Rule”, immediately after the entry for rule 24.14 insert “24.15” and in the second column, headed “Power”, in the corresponding position insert “Section 86A(2) of the Courts Act 200393”; and
(b)
in the first column, headed “Rule”, immediately after the entry for rule 25.16 insert “25.18” and in the second column, headed “Power”, in the corresponding position insert “Section 86A(2) of the Courts Act 2003”.
