In Part 44 (Reopening a case in a magistrates’ court), in rule 44.2 (Statutory declaration of ignorance of proceedings)—
(a)
in paragraph (2)(a)(i) for “15 business days” substitute “21 days”;
(b)
in paragraph (4)(b) for “this Part” substitute “Part 24 (Trial and sentence in a magistrates’ court)”; and
(c)
in each of paragraphs (4)(c)(iii), (5)(c)(i) and (6)(b) for “this Part” substitute “Part 24”.
