Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules

19.  In Part 33 (Confiscation and related proceedings), in rule 33.59(5)(a) (Sums in the hands of receivers), for “section 31B of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985(1)” substitute “section 82 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016(2)”.
