Provisions coming into force on 21st April 2021
3. The following provisions of the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018 come into force on 21st April 2021—
(a)sections 1 to 8 (automated vehicles: liability of insurers etc);
(b)sections 9, 10 and 13 to 19 (electric vehicles: charging);
(c)section 20(1) (minor and consequential amendments); and
(d)the Schedule (minor and consequential amendments).
