The Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2021 No. 396 (C. 15)

Extent

2.—(1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(2) Paragraphs (a) and (c) of regulation 3 extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

(3) Paragraph (d) of regulation 3 has the same extent as the provisions being amended by the Schedule.
