Variation of the Spring Traps Approval (England) Order 2018

2.  The Schedule to the Spring Traps Approval (England) Order 2018(1) is varied as follows—

(a) in the entry for the DOC 250, in column 2 (conditions), omit “ferrets,”;

(b) in the entry for the Perdix Spring Trap, in column 1 (type and make of trap), for “PERDIX Wildlife Supplies” substitute “PERDIX Wildlife Solutions Ltd”.
