Amendments to the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013

2.—(1) Regulation 52 of the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013(1) is amended as follows.

(2) For sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (2), substitute—

“(a) 457 days’ rent where the notice of enforcement is given on or before 23rd June 2021; and

(b) 554 days’ rent where the notice of enforcement is given on or after 24th June 2021.”.

(3) For sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (2A), substitute—

“(a) 457 days’ rent where the goods are taken control of for the first time on or before 23rd June 2021; and

(b) 554 days’ rent where the goods are taken control of for the first time on or after 24th June 2021.”.
