Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (“the Act”)1.
In accordance with the requirements of section 26(4) of the Act, the Secretary of State—
(a)
has given any local authority affected an opportunity to submit objections or representations with respect to the subject matter of this Order; and
(b)
has consulted with the Joint Nature Conservation Committee, being the advisory body considered to be best able to advise the Secretary of State as to whether this Order should be made.
For the purposes of section 26(4)(a) of the Act, the Secretary of State considers that no other persons are affected by this Order.
